Tiffany is a dedicated yoga teacher with a 500 RYT certification and expertise as an Ayurvedic coach. With a passion for guiding others towards their health and wellness goals, she combines ancient wisdom with modern practices to create a transformative experience.
Through her teachings, Tiffany empowers individuals to cultivate balance, strength and inner peace on their journey to holistic well-being.
In 2005, Tiffany was originally drawn to yoga to improve her strength and flexibility and instantly saw the mindful benefits it offered. After practicing as a student for 10 years it was time to combine her love of yoga with her love of teaching. Tiffany comes from a 15 year career in the Physiotherapy world where she has personally assisted men and women to regain strength, range of motion and maintain their overall abilities.

Thai Yoga Massage is a traditional healing system that combines acupressure, assisted yoga postures and Ayurvedic principles. This type of massage is designed to promote relaxation, increase flexibility, improve circulation, release tension, and balance the body's energy pathways (sen lines).

Yoga Therapy is a holistic approach that uses yoga poses, breathing exercises, meditations and relaxation techniques to improve physical and mental health. It's often used as a complementary therapy to stress, anxiety, trauma, or chronic pain.
