Saturday June 20: Wild leeks, mixed greens, miner’s lettuce, garlic scapes,haskaps, asparagus, mustard greens
Saturday July 18: Peas, swiss chard, beets, lamsquarters, spinach, tomatoes, variety of herbs
Saturday Aug 22: Cucumbers, dill, peppers, zucchini, cabbage, garlic, carrots
Saturday Sept 19: Kale, tomatoes, eggplant, peppers, potatoes, squash, beets

It is a holistic healing technique, which means the individual's mind, body and spirit are taken into account when giving treatment.

Inspired by Thai massage and Swedish massage with gentle Traditional Thai stretching for relaxing. Gentle massage techniques are used to help easing muscular tension, and calming the body and mind. As your muscles relax, so does your mind, creating space for your natural healing rhythms to return.
Meet YUKA:
Yuka is a Registered Reflexologist registered with RRCO (Reflexology Registration Council of Ontario) and a Complementary Therapist approved by IICT (International Institute for Complementary Therapists) with over 15 years of experience in body treatments. She finds it very rewarding to help others feel better.
Formally graduated from Japan Reflexologist Education College (Tokyo, Japan) and the International Training Massage School (Chang Mai, Thailand). Received a diploma from Brandon Raynor’s School Of Natural Therapies (Victoria, BC, Canada) Techniques learned are Stretching, Shiatsu, Reflexology, Tui-Na, Reiki, Abdominal Detox Chi Massage and Oil massage used to ease muscular tension, and calming the body and mind.
