Spring Ayurvedic Cleanse

April 7 - First Meeting and foraging experience at Moondance Organic Gardens

April 11 - Is your 1st day on the cleanse 

April 14 and April 21 - Second and Third Meetings at Moondance Organic Gardens with a foraging experience, question and answer period, and lots of group support.

3 Phases of Cleanse

You will move through 3 phases of the cleanse: 

  • Pre-cleanse starting April 11
  • An active cleanse starting April 15
  • Post-cleanse starting April 22

This is not a cleanse as you might think - but rather an opportunity to reconnect with your body’s natural rhythms of nature, learn some new and healthy habits and remove toxins accumulated over the winter months. 

This is Ideal for Anyone Who:

  • Struggled with colds or flus during the winter
  • Is feeling sluggish or low energy
  • Has sleep issues
  • Suffers from constipation 
  • Wants to lose weight but doesn’t know where to start
  • Is looking for healthy habits and routines

In 2026, we will gather in France—surrounded by beauty, simplicity, and rhythm—to create a retreat rooted in renewal, movement, and possibility. This experience is designed as a pause from the noise of everyday life, offering space to release what no longer serves and listen more deeply to what is ready to emerge.

Through intentional movement, sound, rest, reflection, and embodied practices, we’ll explore what it means to soften control, create spaciousness, and allow clarity to unfold naturally.
